DESCRIPTION:
Set of nine easy exercises and tips concerning everyday practice of mindfulness. The publication was created for the sake of my secular meditation classes. My goal was to prove that being present is not restricted to sitting in a lotus position for hours. It is also possible during conscious walking, mindful cooking, intimacy and cathartic house cleaning.
The publication is part of the Matrice_relax exhibition displayed at Lodz Design Festival 2020.
